Next, if we are still on the right track, we can start moving along and we will introduce you to the Valloop Exchange where you’ll be given a login, and the remainder of the steps will take place. The Valloop Exchange is designed to help you tell us how you would like to see the process move forward in your Employee Ownership journey. All the while you will be getting to know and grow an understanding of how we partner with people like yourself.

This step is your opportunity to tell us how the business you work in needs to run in the future. Who owns what and when, how the team should work, how we should all share in the benefits. All these questions will be answered. At this stage you will also discover how our capital and the Valloop Exchange will support you and the business you work in along the journey.
