  • Take some time to self-assess and establish whether the Valloop Exchange is a good match to help you achieve your goals and ambitions. Read our Insights, blogs and FAQs here. You can also take our ‘Readiness’ Test for employees and business owners. Do this all at your own pace.

  • Once you’ve decided that the Valloop Exchange is a good match for you, we will work to understand how you would like to progress, including the company goals, expectations and whether the Valloop Exchange is a good fit.

  • Next, if we are still on the right track, we can start moving along and we will introduce you to the Valloop Exchange where you’ll be given a login, and the remainder of the steps will take place. The Valloop Exchange is designed to help you tell us how you would like to see the process move forward in your Employee Ownership journey. All the while you will be getting to know and grow an understanding of how we partner with people like yourself.

  • This step is your opportunity to tell us how the business you work in needs to run in the future. Who owns what and when, how the team should work, how we should all share in the benefits. All these questions will be answered. At this stage you will also discover how our capital and the Valloop Exchange will support you and the business you work in along the journey.

  • Once you feel your plan for Employee Ownership is clear and the excitement is building, you can create your agreements with us to finalise everything and it’s full steam ahead.
