Instead of traditional hierarchical structures, where ownership and decision-making are concentrated in the hands of the owner(s), employee ownership distributes ownership and influence among the employees.

If you decide to transition with Valloop, you will be able to complete the entire process online using our exchange platform. You will also have the added advantage of access to our capital (money), resources, and years of knowledge.

How much does it cost for the employee? 

This will vary. The leadership team will need to propose a level of investment that they think is fair and reasonable - don’t worry we’ll work through this with you and support wherever we can.  The wider group of employees will pay a nominal fee.
